Este trabajo parte del análisis de la naturaleza y dinámica partida rÃa peruana, para examinar la crisis de los actores partidarios como tales, asà como el papel de los sucedáneos "independientes" que intentan reemplazarlos en su función de intermediación.
Abstract
This work starts with the analysis of the nature and dynamic of the Peruvian parties, to examine the crisis of the party actors as such, and also the role of the "independent" succedaneous or substitutes that to replace them in their intermediate function.
